Christmas at Maxwell's takes the issue of your privacy seriously. We provide secure Internet transactions by means
of PayPal, one the most widely used on-line payment organizations. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential
information in transit from your computer to the Christmas at Maxwell's server using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol
(SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register
or login to the PayPal site, the server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or
higher. Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and
electronically. PayPal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet,
so your private information is available only to authorized computers. Otherwise, we do not share your credit card

TERMINATION
These terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing
use of the Christmas at Maxwell's Site and destroying all materials obtained from the site and all related documentation
and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under these terms or otherwise. Your access to the Christmas
at Maxwell's Site may be terminated immediately without notice from us if in our sole discretion you fail to comply
with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Christmas at Maxwell's Site
and destroy all materials obtained from such site and all copies thereof, whether made under these terms or otherwise.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving
effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating
to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Cleveland, Ohio, and you hereby consent
and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision
of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable
from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the
entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing,
signed by both parties.
